NetSmartz Workshop is a program of NCMEC that teaches children and teens to make safer real world and online choices through animated and real life video series and print activities. It's a free online educational resource used in schools and Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the United States along with international communities and educational institutions 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the NetSmartzKids.org website using Sitecore CMS.

  • Spearhead the site conversion to a more mobile friendly version (HTML5) with Edge Animate.

  • Designing monthly web assets to promote educational material (banners, promotional graphics, integrate 3rd party poll voting through SurveyGizmo.com). 

  • Design & build interactive eBooks from storyboard concept to completed design build housed both on NetSmartzKids.org/eBooks and Google Play store. 

  • Voiceover artist providing the character voice of Webster, an elementary aged boy (along with his sister Nettie & robot trusted adult Clicky) used to teach children about real world and online safety through 3D animated videos and activities. 

  • Design and brainstorm game concepts for both online and mobile devices. 

  • Story concept, design and build animated shorts in After Effects and Photoshop.
